COMPLETE CLEANING (We mean complete!)
WINDOW WASHING
When you sign up for janitorial and cleaning services, here’s what’s included in the base price. The scope of work covers essential tasks such as vacuuming and mopping floors, washing entryway doors and windows, removing trash, and disinfecting common touch points. Additionally, we perform a thorough clean, disinfection, and restocking of restrooms.
If the break room sink is cleared, we’ll clean it, along with tables, counters, and desktops (if cleared). Moreover, we provide a complete dusting of all surfaces.
As an added bonus, we also offer a detail clean of one area per visit—free of charge!
One of the most commonly neglected areas by businesses are their windows. You’d be surprised at the dramatic difference in curb appeal your business will experience when your windows are crystal clear! Cleaning windows streak-free is truly an art, and we pride ourselves on being artists in this craft.
Please note that while only entryway windows are included in the complete cleaning; we periodically perform an expert cleaning of every window, both inside and out, to make them shine like new!
CARPET EXTRACTION
Another often neglected area in a business is the carpet. It’s easy to overlook how dirty and faded a carpet can become until it’s professionally extracted. Over time, high-traffic areas become matted with dirt and debris, and food, drink, and other stains accumulate. The longer these stains are left untreated, the more difficult they are to remove.
To address this, we offer expert spot extraction and full carpet extraction with professional grade equipment!
CONSUMABLES
APPLIANCE/DISH CLEANING
We will restock bathrooms and break rooms with essential items such as soap, toilet paper, hand towels, fragrance sprays, or any other consumable products you may need. Whether you prefer to provide these items yourself or have us supply them for you, we’ve got it covered!
Dirty dishes, ovens, microwaves, and refrigerators are often overlooked during cleaning. If left unattended, food particles can accumulate, causing bacterial growth, unpleasant odors, and stubborn messes. Fortunately, we can clean appliances from top to bottom and wash dirty dishes, ensuring everything is spotless!
